Width of B3030 with R4 s

At the moment, my tractor is 20 miles away and I need to know the true width of a B3030 equiped with R4's.

Will a 58" tiller cover the tracks?

Some tillers are made to be offest for just that purpose of covering the tire tracks and to give you some pass overlap. Aside from that, refer to your owner's manual, typically in the back it will show overall sizes for everything. Short of that, the CUT mfg. may have a web site page showing specifications too. Hope that helps, if not, I see a journey in your future :) ....
